How is possible to check the performance of ETEX product?

How is it possible to check the performance of CrossChem ETEX?

There are three ways to check the effect of the product:

1. One of the ways to check the effect of the ETEX product on engines and other mechanisms is to measure the vibrations before and after using the product with a portable vibrometer. Vibration is an indicator of the general state of mechanisms. Measurement is carried out at the choice of four different points on the car engine. The vibrometer is installed at selected locations and measured on a hot working engine. After processing with the product, vibration measurements at the same points must be carried out again on a scorching working engine. Repeated analysis can be carried out after 500 km to make sure that the vibration of the engine is reduced.

Vibration is an indicator of the general state of mechanisms. Reduced vibrations directly affect the friction of parts and tools, which lower energy, fuel consumption and wear of components and mechanisms.

On gearboxes, bearings and other mechanisms, the operation of the ETEX product can be checked by measuring the operating temperature. ETEX reduces operating temperature to its initial ratings.

2. The second way to check the effect of ETEX on engines is to measure engine compression before and after processing with ETEX.

It is possible to measure a compression in any car service that deals with engine repair. In the average used engines with a mileage of 200,000 km, the compression indicators return to the initial parameters.

The compression test procedure involves measuring the pressure in the cylinders of an internal combustion engine. A decrease in the pressure in the individual cylinders or in general indicates activewear of the valve and (or) piston group parts, damage to the cylinder head gasket and other malfunctions.

3. The third way to check the product can be done by measuring the average fuel consumption. For this, it is necessary to measure the average fuel consumption per 100 km on regular operation before using the product. Apply ETEX products and the first 500 km after processing measure the average fuel consumption per 100 km in normal operation mode.
